Department Of Nuclear Medicine

This nuclear medicine area started as a Nuclear Medicine Center of Radiology in April, 1985. Firstly, it had just one gamma camera for nuclear tests, utilized the second one in 1996, and the third in 2002. In 2003, it equipped Philips Allegro PET system, lead Gangnam medical field to the PET world. The center started to use Siemens Biograph40 PET/CT since 2008 for treatments of various patients with cancer and brain diseases. In November 2010, it became a division because of increasing internal tests and the number of patients with thyroid treatments. Since then, it offers many radioisotopes and treatments for patients.
