Thank you for visiting the homepage of the Gangnam Severance Hospital.

Gangnam Severance Hospital was opened in April of 1983 to share our institutions spirits of love, service and Christianity, as well as to provide quality medical care to those living in southern Seoul. Since our opening, we have grown tremendously and are now recognized as the top hospital in the southern Seoul region.

Upon completion of renovations in September of 2005, our hospital now covers 12 floors (9 above ground, 3 below), in addition to separate Spine and Dental Hospitals. By 2008, we plan to expand the facilities even further to make the environment even more comfortable for our patients. In addition, the hospital adopted a ubiquitous IT system (u-Severance) and also introduced Korea’s second surgical robot.

Operating under the slogan of “Young Severance,Gangnam Severance,” we are providing quality medical services with the passion and stubbornness of a person in his or her youth; all of this in a comfortable environment for patient satisfaction.
